Acceptance
By using Dressy you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What Dressy does
Dressy helps you organise your wardrobe and suggests how to wash, dry and care for garments based on care labels, your washing machine and detergents. Suggestions are guidance only: always check the label on your garment. We are not responsible for damage to clothing, machines or other items resulting from following a suggestion or from a mis-read label.
Subscription
Dressy is available through an auto-renewing monthly subscription. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; after the trial your Apple ID is charged the price shown on the subscription screen (in your local currency, including any applicable taxes) every month until you cancel.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (after the free trial).
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling during the free trial means you are not charged.
- Any unused part of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Your content
The photos and information you add remain yours. You give Dressy permission to process them on your device (and, for symbol recognition, as described in the Privacy Policy) only to provide the app's features.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features. We try to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dressy is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Apple
These terms are between you and Dressy, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.
